I was hired as an independent Creative Director to lead the production of a full CGI teaser for S. S. Rajamouli’s Varanasi.
For this project, I assembled a large multidisciplinary team through Misty Man Studio and led the production from the ground up. My work included team building, creative direction, pipeline development, previs, camera work, animation supervision, VFX supervision, compositing direction and final delivery oversight.
The teaser combined full CGI environments, complex action scenes, live-action plates and CG elements into a single cinematic piece. I also worked hands-on as a generalist on selected scenes while directing leads, artists, animators and technical specialists across the production.
